The Breath of Life
The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. At the dawn of man, the human being was not yet endowed with the Holy Breath, man was not yet a human being, not yet a Son of God. He breathed along with the other creatures living among them without the knowledge of their creator.
The Lord breathed into the man's nostrils the Breath of Life. The Lord gave special dispensation to the progenitor of mankind, imbuing him with with the Breath of Life empowered with the Holy Spirit. With the Holy Spirit man was now differentiated from the beasts of the land. He was elevated to a status above the rest, he would have power and dominion over them.
And with the Breath of Life, man became a human being. The human being could now recognize himself as Man. Within each Holy Breath is the inkling of the creator. Without the Holy Breath their is no supreme knowledge, only an instinct planted by the seeds of nature. The breath carries the human beast into the Spiritual realm.
In the Realm of Human Beings. So mankind is cursed. Filled with the vision of eternal happiness and joy but forced to live among the beasts in the jungle of instincts and desires. Can the human being rise to its full potential? Can the living Man drive away the beast within, leaving only the essence of Life and Spirit?
